Scott Foster - MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Professional Biography

Scott began his medical education in the U.S. Army over 21 years ago. He continues to serve in the U.S. Army Reserves and specializes in Trauma and Emergency Medicine. His caring nature has led him to hold many home health and hospice roles, including case manager, director of nursing, and director of operations. 

Scott completed his Master of Science in Nursing degree as a nurse practitioner in 2020. He is AANP board certified in family practice and is licensed in Utah and Arizona. He has worked with the geriatric population for most of his career and holds a special place in his heart for veterans. He feels honored to be able to serve those who sacrificed for our country. 

When he is not connecting with patients, he loves to spend time with his family camping, hiking, and boating. Lake Powell and Quail Creek Lake are some of their favorite destinations for boating and fishing.
