Rebecca Gillett

As Practice Manager for a mobile medical clinic, I oversee daily operations and work closely with providers and staff to ensure patients receive accessible, high-quality care wherever they call home. My role focuses on supporting clinical teams, improving operational efficiency, and helping create a patient-centered experience built on compassion, professionalism, and trust.
 

My healthcare journey began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), where I developed a deep appreciation for caring for seniors and supporting individuals through important stages of life. While working as a CNA, I pursued my education and earned a degree in Applied Science in Healthcare Administration.
 

I later spent more than a decade managing an assisted living community, where I oversaw resident care, staff leadership, and daily operations. During that time, I was dedicated to ensuring residents lived in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment while maintaining high standards of care and quality of life.
 

Today, I bring that same commitment to leadership and patient-centered care to mobile healthcare, helping ensure patients receive reliable, compassionate medical services in the comfort of their own homes.
 

Outside of work, I am a wife and proud mother of three children. I enjoy reading, caring for my houseplants, and spending meaningful time with my family.
