Professional Biography

Sunni Overcash obtained her RN from SLCC in 2013, and MSN from Chamberlain University in 2023. Despite working three jobs to fund her RN degree, Sunni remained committed to her lifelong dream of becoming a nurse, inspired by her family's nursing legacy.

She served as a charge nurse at the University of Utah's Neuro ICU from 2013 to 2022, navigating the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Seeking a change, Sunni pursued her passion for hospice nursing, working at Canyon Hospice until November of the current year before joining MMG as an APRN.

Sunni, married to her soulmate Levi, is a mother to seven children and resides near Yellow Fork and Rose Canyon. She is a South Jordan native and a Riverton High School graduate who enjoys hiking and trail running.

Dedicated to patient advocacy, Sunni values forging connections and delivering quality healthcare. Her transition to hospice nursing reflects her deep commitment to honoring patient wishes and ensuring comfort in their final days.
