Kadence Dean

Meet Kadence, a caring and dedicated caregiver with four years of experience helping and supporting others. She takes pride in providing compassionate, dependable, and thoughtful care. She recently had the opportunity to care for her own great-grandmother during her final months, and found that experience deeply strengthened her passion for caregiving and inspired her to continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

 

Her experience as a caregiver has strengthened her desire to continue growing in the healthcare field, with the long-term goal of becoming a nurse. She is passionate about learning, building meaningful connections with those she cares for, and providing the highest level of support she can.

 

Outside of work, she loves spending time outdoors, especially camping and enjoying adventures with family and friends. When she’s at home, she enjoys relaxing and snuggling up with her cat. She believes that caring for others is more than a job—it is something that brings purpose and meaning to her life.
